If a consumer report contributes to an adverse decision, any legally required adverse-action notice will be provided.

Website maintenance requests do not replace emergency procedures established in a lease, resident portal, or management agreement. Tenants must follow the emergency and maintenance reporting instructions provided for their property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID 24 FLEX INC. SPECIFICALLY FOR WEBSITE ACCESS DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR $100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Separate signed service or transaction agreements may establish different rights and remedies for services covered by those agreements.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 24 Flex Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law, disputes relating solely to the Website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in the California county where 24 Flex Inc. maintains its principal place of business. You and 24 Flex Inc. consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
